AION 2 Pet Selection Chest: Which Pets Are Listed

What the Community Records Say About the Selection Chest

A pet entry on this site lists an acquisition route when a community record names it. For the pre-registration selection chest, the records list the chest as a source for 5 pets. The table below shows each pet and the exact chest name as it appears on that pet's record, because the name is not the same everywhere. The records use two spellings: "Pre-Register: Pet Selection Chest" and "Pre-Registration: Pet Selection Chest".

Pets Tied to Early Quests

Some pets are listed under quests rather than a chest. These are the quest names that the records attach to each pet. A quest name tells you where the record places the pet; it does not describe the reward, the number of times a quest can be completed, or whether the quest is still available. Check the in-game quest log for current details.

What the Records Do Not Say

The community records behind this page are a list of sources. They do not list the items inside a selection chest, so this page cannot tell you which pet a chest will give you or how likely each pet is. They also do not record any drop rates for the chest or for the quests. When a pet page lists the chest as a source, that means the record connects the pet to the chest, not that every chest holds that pet.

The records also do not show an advanced pet selection chest. If you see that name somewhere else, it is not in the data used for this page, so treat it as unverified until an official source confirms it. The records do contain other chest names, such as Growth Pet Chest, Mysterious Pet Chest and the Pet Chest entries for each family. Those are different items. For a plain explanation of the other chest names that appear on pet pages, see the AION 2 pet chests guide.

Pre-Registration Reward Update

The official official Steam page says that Pre-Registration and Wishlist reward items were extended to every player who creates an account and logs in before maintenance on Dec 1, 11:30 PM PT (Dec 2, 8:30 AM CET). The rewards are delivered to in-game mail, and the same page says players must claim them before the mail expires on Dec 8, 11:30 PM PT (Dec 9, 8:30 AM CET). Those dates come from the official page, not from community records, so check the official page again if anything changes.

This page does not confirm which reward item a given account will receive. The records above only show which pets list a selection chest or a quest as a source. For the wider pet tools, see the pet library and the AION 2 pet guide.
